SANDILANDS OBSERVATORY

Currently there is a solid shed measuring 7'6" x 14'6" located on the property that I am seriously considering converting to a roll off roof observatory. After some calculations and careful planning, I will decide if it is possbile or if I will construct a POD.

After careful consideration, and the snow loads we get in the country, I have decided to go with a Dome Observatory. More planning is required, but something along these lines should be the final product. A computer controlled motorized dome, interfaced with the telescope, will allow me to remotely image if I so choose.
